Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicle.

Is the fresh water tank full when the vehicle is handed over?

For hygienic reasons, we usually hand over our vehicle with an empty fresh water tank. If you wish, we will be happy to fill the tank for you for a one-time fee of €5.00. Please note that despite careful checking of the tank, we accept no liability for the quality of the water. You should also not drink the water in the fresh water tank.

What is there to consider when canceling the vehicle?

It is possible to cancel the rental agreement. In this case, a percentage of the rental price is due as a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee depends on the time of cancellation before the actual start of the rental period.

  • 19 to 10 days - 60%
  • less than 10 days – 80%

If the vehicle is not picked up without informing us, the entire rental price is due.

What is there to consider when traveling abroad?

Traveling to other European countries usually turns out to be unproblematic. However, you are responsible for informing yourself about the rules, regulations and traffic rules of the country to which you are traveling. In particular, research the rules for camping, stopping and staying overnight in urban areas, beaches, rest stops and parking lots. Please also note the entry bans for certain countries.

What must be considered when picking up and handing over the vehicle?

Für die Fahrzeugabholung vereinbaren wir ein paar Tage im Voraus einen Termin. Möglich ist ein Termin von Montag bis Samstag und Sonntag nach Absprache. Sie erhalten zunächst eine 45-minütige Einweisung zu Ihrem Fahrzeug und wir klären alle Fragen zu Bordtechnik, Ausstattung und Handhabung. Zudem werden alle Mängel an dem Reisemobil dokumentiert. Bitte bringen Sie dazu den Führerschein und Personalausweis aller eingetragener Fahrer sowie den Nachweis der bezahlten Kaution mit.

What happens if something is damaged in or on the vehicle?

Please report any damage or loss caused to us upon return of the vehicle. In the event of major accident damage, however, please inform us immediately by telephone on +49 8663-3860628 or +49 179-5591022 . Any damage or loss caused by you will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

What documents do I need when handing over the vehicle?

In order to register your booking, we require a valid driver's license and valid ID card from all registered drivers.

What deposit is required and when?

After we have confirmed the reservation to you in writing, you pay the deposit within 10 days. The deposit is 25% of the rental price. If this deadline and a grace period are not observed, we can terminate the contract without notice. The remaining rental price, the service fee and other payments are to be made 10 days before the agreed start of the rental period.

What is the fuel level of the vehicle when it is picked up and returned?

The rental vehicle is handed over with a full tank of fuel. We ask that you also return the vehicle with a full tank. We charge €2.20 for each liter of fuel that is missing.

How much is the deposit and how do I pay it?

The security deposit for our vehicle is €1,500 and must be proven by bank transfer confirmation no later than 10 days before the vehicle is handed over. For short-term bookings (less than 10 days before the rental), the deposit and rental price are due immediately.

How is the vehicle insured and what is the deductible?

Our mobile homes are all fully comprehensive and partially comprehensive insured. The deductible for fully comprehensive insurance for our vehicle is a maximum of €500.00 per claim, partial insurance is €500.00.

How do I clean the vehicle before returning it?

Before returning the vehicle, you must clean the interior of the vehicle. Here we have put together what needs to be considered. If you would like us to clean the vehicle, we charge a fee of €140. The outside cleaning is included in the service fee and SuNCa takes care of it for you. If the vehicle is not properly cleaned, we will charge you for this or offset this against the deposit.
